These terms govern your purchase and use of Heft ("the app"), published by YREH STudio. By buying or using the app you agree to them.
License
A purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key. The app and its license keys remain the property of YREH STudio.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and is the seller of record for your purchase. The price shown (€19) is a one-time charge.
Refunds
Because a free version is available to evaluate before purchase, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the app does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue. Request a refund by emailing heft@yreh.com with your purchase email; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent licensing, reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend a license used in breach of these terms or charged back.
Warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, YREH STudio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
